Emel Senman is a 2008 graduate of Monmouth University in W. Long Branch, NJ with a degree in Social Work. As an undergraduate she was an active volunteer with Redeem-Her. She is currently employed with the NJ State Division of Youth and Family Services and is pursuing a Masters in Social Work. |

Rosanne Shaiman, Board Member |

Rosanne Shaiman is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Montclair and Hoboken, New Jersey. She has a diverse practice ranging from clients with cancer and HIV to families with gender, sexual orientation and multicultural issues. During the past 10 years she has worked as a consultant to grant-funded staff members treating HIV clients at both Jersey City Medical Center and Christ Hospital in Jersey City, N.J. She is an active member of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Montclair, NJ and has been actively involved with fundraising efforts for Women for Women International. |

Marilyn Siegel, Board Member |

Marilyn Siegel is recently retired as the CEO of the Rolling Hills Girl Scouts Council serving over 10,000 girls in Somerset, Hunterdon, and southern Warren Counties in NJ. In 1995, she successfully began a Girl Scouting Beyond Bars program uniting girls with their mothers who are incarcerated at the Edna Mahan Correctional Institution, in Clinton, NJ. It was the third program of its type in the country. The program has also been extended to providing parenting classes to help improve the mother/child bond. |

April Walker, Board Member |

April Walker is an ex-offender who was incarcerated at the Edna Mahan Correctional Institution in Clinton, NJ. She completed a Business Management Course at Union County College in 2003 and has been employed by the U.S. Postal Service since September 2007. |

Prudence White is a retired Human Resource Manager for the Federal Government. She is currently employed by Booz, Allen, Hamilton providing consulting services to Department of the Army organizations at Fort Monmouth, NJ and Edgewood, MD. |
